Product Introduction
- The Ap-200 series single input single output off-grid power frequency inverter comes in capacities ranging from 1KVA to 10KVA. It features a wall-mounted structure and employs a toroidal transformer design. This power frequency inverter works by inversely converting direct current into low-voltage alternating current at mains frequency. The frequency transformer then boosts the voltage to 220V, 50Hz AC for load use, ensuring high reliability.
- Optional add-ons include PWM/MPPT solar chargers, anti-reverse connection, and short-circuit protection functionalities. Communication ports such as RS232/USB can also be selected. The power switch operates in three modes: SAVER, ON, and OFF. In SAVER mode, under no mains electricity, there will be no output for load ≤15W, and output for load ≥15W. In the event of mains electricity, charging and output occurs.
- In the ON mode or INVERTER, charging and output happen when there is mains electricity, and inversion takes place without it. OFF mode functions similarly to the ON mode during availability of mains electricity, but cuts off output and initiates battery lock with low voltage when there’s a lack of it.
- Several parameter settings features including battery low voltage lock, mains input voltage range, battery charging current, AC RANG (input range), IN PRI (primary input choice), CHA AC (mains charging current), CHA PV (solar charging), FLOATE (float charging voltage setting), BULK (boost charging voltage), LOW OFF (lock voltage), SOL→AC (mains supply voltage), INV OUT (output voltage), INV FREQ (output frequency), AC CHK (mains sensitivity), RESTART (fault restart), BACK LED (backlight), RESET (factory settings) are also available.
- The device is capable of handling high levels of overload and comes equipped with comprehensive detection and protection functions. It features a liquid crystal display screen and an optional ultra-modern SNMP card, and TaleYun system can monitor on its own or in unison with USB/RS232 perfectly. The inverter is also generator-compatible.
performance characteristics
- The line-frequency inverter has low loss, producing excellent quality identical to the local mains power.
- The line-frequency inverter works by inverting DC power into low-voltage AC power at the frequency of the power system, and then boosting it through a line-frequency transformer to provide 220V, 50Hz AC power for the load.
- The line-frequency inverter is larger and heavier than a high-frequency machine of the same power.
- Line-frequency inverters have higher reliability than high-frequency inverters, and are less likely to break.
- Line-frequency inverters have strong load-carrying capacity, especially for impact loads, and are much better than high-frequency machines in suppressing high-order harmonics in the waveform.
- The inverter features advanced intelligent micro-computer CPU control and is built with SPWM pulse width modulation circuitry, delivering a pure sine wave output that can handle both resistive and inductive loads. It responds quickly to interference, having strong adaptability and practicality.
- Options include a PWM/MPPT, anti-reverse connection, and output short circuit protection function.
- Comes with a PWM solar charger and RS232/USB communication function.
- Self-diagnostic function upon start-up: As soon as the UPS is powered up and started, it begins to automatically check the working circuits, enabling timely discovery of problems to prevent loss.
- User-friendly LCD screen and intuitive LED status indicators for monitoring.
- Extremely wide input voltage range, providing flawless protection for important equipment under various harsh power conditions.
- Intelligent detection and monitoring function, the microprocessor real-time monitors the working status of the circuit, and will immediately protect and alarm in case of faults.
- Complies with European and American requirements for no external cables exposed, with ultra-thin wall-mounted design.
- According to user requirements, multiple parameters can be adjusted, adhering to European and American standards for unexposed external cables.
